Heading to work soon to do a 5-10 shift. Only get a 15 mins break which is mostly spent smoking (yeah, yeah, next plan!) so as long as I don't come home and completely stuff my face after work it should be fine.
Just hot-footed round the cob so at least that's some exercise for the day. There was a teeny bit of jogging but I loathe it so much. Must get out on the bike. Oh, and buy some roller blades. Less Malibu Beach and more train wreck but still fun!
